The first step of any design undertaking is determining what you are working with. During a site survey we take measurements of the relevant spaces, document the location of existing electrical, plumbing, and lighting fixtures, and make note of any access restrictions.

Art Consultation

Art can bring a space to life. From local contemporary artists to blue chip Impressionists, art can bring a layer of meaning and depth to a space. Sourcing from both Canadian and International galleries, auction houses, and online platforms, art can be sourced for any budget or taste.

Materials Selection

Finishes and materials are key components in establishing a mood and feeling in a space. They can support the design aesthetic, while also making a functional contribution. We will select sustainable materials that are fit for use, and which are the best choice for any given application.

Furniture & Millwork

Working with furniture and millwork manufacturers and suppliers, we source and design pieces for your space. We also work with custom drapery workrooms ensuring that your design is made for you.

Building Permits & Project Management

We will produce design & construction drawings and apply for building permits on your behalf. We will also project manage and coordinate with any trades & contractors throughout the construction process.

3D Visualization

Imagining what the final design will look like can be difficult. We produce 3D models of your space which can be presented as renderings or as virtual reality walk-throughs. 3D models show spatial relationships, finishes, and furnishings to help you envision how your space will look.
