Determining what requirements you have, and how to best incorporate these in a way that enhances the experience of everyone using your space, is a key element of a successful design. We work with you to determine your needs, and implement them into a space plan.

Materials Selection

Finishes and materials are key components in establishing a mood and feeling in a space. They can support the design aesthetic, while also making a functional contribution. We will select sustainable materials that are fit for use, and which are the best choice for any given application.

Concept Design

A concept design will be developed based on your requirements, as well as your desires for the space. Interior concepts can reflect corporate branding and/or company philosophy, and can indicate how certain spaces should be used and interpreted.

Furniture & Millwork

We work with furniture suppliers to source and specify furniture, in keeping with any corporate standards you may have if required. Working with furniture and millwork manufacturers, we also design and develop custom pieces for your space.

Construction Documents & Management

We provide permit, tender, and construction drawings for your project, apply for building permits on your behalf, and assess existing Building Code Compliance. We will coordinate and oversee any consultants involved in the project. 

3D Visualization

Imagining what the final design will look like can be difficult. We produce 3D models of your space which can be presented as renderings or as virtual reality walk-throughs. 3D models show spatial relationships, finishes, and furnishings to help you envision how your space will look.
